Hours of Operation:

The Paint Shop staff are scheduled to work a daytime Monday-Friday shift from early morning to early afternoon.

Scope of Services:

Note: The Paint Shop staff has the sole responsibility for painting all University-owned surfaces for safety and health reasons; all others are prohibited unless approved by the Paint Shop. The most common health risk involves asbestos-related issues, since asbestos was used extensively when the campus was originally built. Requests for Paint Shop services can be made through the Service Center.

  • Paint Shop staff provide a full range of painting-related construction services and repairs.
  • The Paint Shop monitors the condition of painted surfaces in classrooms, corridors, stairwells and other public areas in order to maintain the quality and integrity of painted spaces.
