by the number of pieces, with a minimum of 500 pieces

$0.37 for a maximum of 16 ounces. Rates for mail
over 16 ounces vary depending on the mail zone it is
being sent to. Standard mail has a slower delivery time
than First Class Mail and is used for mailing certain
items, circulars, other printed matter and merchandise.
