Hours of Operation:
The majority of MEP Trades staff are scheduled to work a daytime Monday-Friday shift from early morning to early afternoon, with alternate shifts covering evenings, graveyards and weekends.
Scope of Services:
- Central Plant staff provides heating and air conditioning service to campus buildings
- Mechanical controls staff handle controls for elevators, escalators, and automatic controls, such as timers and doors
- Plumbing Shop staff provide a full range of plumbing construction services and repairs
- Electrical Shop staff provide a full range of electrical construction services and repairs, and participates in the maintenance of elevators and escalators
