Mail Rates

Campus mail rates are the same as those for the United States Postal Service. See information below for the campus Mail Center.

First Class Mail:
$0.41 for the first ounce plus $0.17 for each additional ounce of single-piece mail
Post Cards:
$0.26 per card
First Class Bulk Mail:
Cost is dependent of the weight of one piece multiplied by the number of pieces, with a minimum of 500 pieces that are identical in weight and size.
Standard Mail:
$0.37 for a maximum of 16 ounces. Rates for mail over 16 ounces vary depending on the mail zone it is being sent to. Standard mail has a slower delivery time than First Class Mail and is used for mailing certain items, circulars, other printed matter and merchandise.

Non-Profit Standard Mail:
Cost is dependent of the weight of one piece multiplied by the number of pieces, with a minimum of 200 pieces that are identical in weight and size.
Priority Mail:
$4.60 for up to one pound. Rates for mail over one pound vary depending on the mail zone it is being sent to. Delivery is by the U.S. Postal Service to any part of the United States and has a guaranteed delivery time of 2-3 days. Flat rate boxes:$8.95.
Express Mail:
$16.25 for up to 1/2 pound. Over 1/2 pound and up to 1 pound $19.50. 1 pound to 2 pounds $21.40.
Global Mail Service:
This international mailing service is provided by the U.S. Postal Service’s international agreements. Please contact the Mail Center for information for the various methods and costs that are available through this service. Customs form is required for all international mailing.
International Mail:
Post Cards and Postal Cards
Canada and Mexico $0.69; All Other Countries$0.90

First Class International (International Letter)
Varies from one ounce between $0.61 and $0.90 depending on what group the country is classifed. Contact Mail Center for specific rates.
